Are taxes included in the prices?
No, taxes are not included. If you are in Spain, a 21% VAT will be added. But, good news! If you are in the EU with a VAT, or outside the EU, the price you see is the final price, with no additions.
How is the payment made?
It’s simple! For consultancy, payment is made in advance. For other services, it is 50% at the beginning and the remaining 50% at the end. We accept transfers and credit cards. Whatever you prefer!
Do you work with international clients?
Absolutely! No matter where you are, we would love to work with you and will ensure to sync our clocks to make it possible.
Do you provide custom estimates?
Of course! If you need something specific that does not fit our standard plans, do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to adapt to your needs.
When can you start with my project?
We are eager to start! Once we have all the details and the payment is made, we will get started within a maximum of 1 to 2 weeks. Get ready to take off!
Does the maintenance service have a permanence?
Not at all! We like to keep things flexible for you. You can cancel your service at any time. There are no long-term contracts, so you stay with us because you are happy with the service, not because you are obliged to.
Do maintenance plans include web development or consulting?
Our plans are focused on maintenance, so things like modifications or specific repairs are not included. But don’t worry, if you need additional help, you can take a look at our Consulting or Development services.
Are GDPR legal texts included in web development?
Legal texts need to be customized for your business, which means we will need your help to get them. I would recommend contacting an expert to create them, but if you don’t know any, I can manage it for you.
What is updated with the maintenance service?
We cover updates to the core of Shopify and WordPress, in addition to plugins and themes. If you use a premium plugin or theme, you will need to have a license for updates. If you don’t have one, don’t worry, I’m here to help you get one.
Is there any type of recurring fee?
No, once your project is fully paid, you will have no further expenses with us, unless you hire additional services, such as maintenance. Keep in mind that you might have subscriptions with third parties, like Shopify or plugin providers, which are independent of our services.
